I always thought that the signs of a good manager was to surround yourself with competent people and let theme shine. Knowing what your team can do and how they work will only benefit everyone. Also, If you encourage your team, they will step up in the times you are in a jam. I was working with Loans by Lewis in a time where there was a lot of going on. I was working with multiple clients with conflicting deadlines. I looked at my team for this one to do the heavy lifting. I know their strengths and know what they can do. I communicated with the client and their needs and relayed that information to my team. They didn’t disappoint. We came up with some great concepts and a great logo and website.
